I started my journey to becoming a coach in 2024, and in many ways, I consider myself my first client. I've developed my approach, frameworks and tools I use in response to the felt needs in my own life as I navigated a major career change, moved across the world, and learned where happiness and fulfillment actually come from.
At the heart of it all, I value authentic human connection. It’s an honor to walk alongside people in such a personal way. I also credit nature as my grounding force and constant reminder of the simple joy of living fully in the moment.

Pricing varies depending on the service requested and length of time that you'd like to be working together. Generally I offer packages which can be paid monthly, ranging from $100 to $500 per month, with discounts when you pay for a full program up front.
I know that that is not affordable for many people, and I am passionate about providing services for people at a range of income levels, so please don't hesitate to reach out about sliding scale pricing or other pricing inquiries for group coaching or other modalities.

While coaching and therapy may have some overlap, the main distinction is that life coaching works from a perspective of goal-setting and personal development rather than mental health, past wounds, and deep-rooted issues. If you are suffering from a serious mental health problem such as severe depression, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, or PTSD, I will refer you to mental health resources and professionals who are specifically trained for these kinds of challenges.
There are no taboos here, and I aim to provide a safe, judgment-free space to talk about anything that influences your life and well-being.
The main boundary that I set is that I will not advise you on issues that I'm not qualified to address, including but not limited to:
-Mental health conditions (including thoughts of self harm)
-Trauma
-Sexual dysfunction
-Medical questions/physical health
-Legal/tax issues
-In-depth financial planning
If we find that you would benefit from an expert in one of the above areas, I will support you in finding another professional whose services fit your needs. In some cases, I may be able to refer you to contacts I know personally.

I'm a huge nature person - hiking, camping, backpacking - and nature is where I ground myself and find my peace.
I strive to bring the sense of awe, simplicity, and expansiveness into my city life and into the style that I coach - whether that simply means slowing down and doing less to get out of the cycle of stress, remembering that happiness is so much simpler than we think, or actually encouraging my clients to get out into nature more.
